What steps will reproduce the problem?

- I cannot consistently reproduce. In this case, the crash happened when I copied text from one iTerm session and switched focus to another and hit paste. It beachballed for a few seconds, then crashed. I can't say if it began beachballing when I focused the other iTerm window or when I hit cmd-V.

OS: 10.6

There's an exception thrown:

*** Terminating app due to uncaught exception 'NSGenericException', reason: '*** Collection <NSCFArray: 0x464440> was mutated while being enumerated.<CFArray 0x464440 [0xa02b8ee0]

This was fixed in revision 13. PTYTask's thread synchronization relied on usleep. This will be fixed in Alpha 3.
