Lion native fullscreen systemwide toggle doesn't work

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Setup a global hotkey (eg: CTRL+@)
2. Enter iterm2 into OSX Lion fullscreenmode
3. Switch to Firefox (or another app)
4. Hit the global hotkey to switch to the iterm2 fullscreen app
5. Hit the global hotkey again, nothing happens

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
when hitting the global hotkey again you should return to the previous active app, this works in not-fullscreen mode but once going fullscreen it doesnt anymore.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Build 1.0.0.20120203
OSX Lion 10.7.3

Do you have a firefox window on the "main" desktop? That's the only way I could reproduce this.

I can't reproduce this in the latest nightly.
