add an option for saving an existing window arrangment

The only way to make changes to an existing window arrangement appears to be:

1. Restore the arrangement
2. Make changes
3. Save it, and in the save dialog type the exact name it was last saved under.
4. This produces a prompt to overwrite.

It would be nice to have either:

a. an option to 'update current arrangement'
b. have the save dialog prefilled with the current arrangement name.

Not sure this is a good idea. It makes it too easy to overwrite an existing arrangement. There isn't really a concept of the "current" arrangement, either.
