Unable to select screen for window placement

What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Open Preferences > Profiles > {Profile} > Window
- Note that selection of the screen to use when new window settings is set to "Normal" is greyed out.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The screen selection should allow you to choose an alternate screen for a profile when the style is set to "Normal".
It would be great if this also worked with auto positioning of windows so that certain screens could "prefer" certain terminal profiles.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
iTerm2, OS X 10.8.5

Implementation note: This was originally disabled because the system chooses where to place normal windows. It seems to choose the same screen as the window that is currently key. So we could play a dirty trick where we open an invisible window on the target screen, then open the desired window, and then close the invisible window.
