Add option to show visor when focus is brought back to iTerm2

I only use the visor in iTerm2 and when I switch through running applications, I would like to have the visor show when iTerm2 receives focus. It would be nice if there was an option available to do this. This behavior is very similar to how TotalTerminal works.
