Updates available popup hidden behind full screen app

What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Put iTerm in full screen mode
- Trigger updates available popup

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the popup to show up in front of the iterm full screen window. Instead it is hidden behind the full screen window.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Please provide any additional information below.
