Strange Tabs behavior

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Open new iTerm window and press Cmd+T
2. Notice the window moves and no tabs are displayed
3. Open iTerm Preferences and change location of tabs from Top to Bottom to Top
4. Notice the tabs displayed are squashed

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected the tabs to be displayed in a normal fashion; instead I first seen no tabs and then squashed tabs after changing their location from the preferences; entering/exiting fullscreen appears to fix the tab display issue.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Build 0.20.20101130
Mac OS X 10.5.8

Please provide any additional information below.
This only started happening after I received the latest version.

That build appears to have fixed the strange tabs behavior. Creating tabs works as expected.
