Split View on El Capitan not behaving like it should

I recently installed El Capitan and I am trying to use the new Split View feature with iTerm2. Sadly it doesn't seem to work very well. I'm not sure what is causing it but it seems like iTerm doesn't notice that the Window has changed dimensions and therefore shows the text at it's previous location. I'm using the latest Nightly. I'll try to show this with a few images.

With the latest El Capitan beta update which was released today, this issue doesn't occur any more.

Sorry, but I'm using Beta2 with 2.1.1 and the bug is still there.

@pmatias Does the beta work any better for you?

The split view is broken in OS X El Capitain and latest iTerm2 version (2.1.3). In above screenshot, the left one is Terminal.app, the right one is iTerm2.

Does anyone know if it is fixed in test release?

This is fixed in 2.1.4 and in the beta.

I can confirm that the issue is not happening anymore with latest upgrades :) (I don't mind about those black frames, though)
