Every time I swipe between desktop spaces the iTerm pane blows up to the 80% of the screen. Resizing down will only make it stay before moving on to a different full screen app.

Well, I thought it had something to do with the preferences at first, so I've deleted the file, same error occurs. Also, I can confirm that using the term on the right side doesn't have the resize problem, but instead some strange scrolling glitches.
Using El Capitan beta 5 now and iTerm2 Nightly from yesterday.
Can you give me really detailed steps to reproduce? I swiped back and forth with four fingers a bunch of times and it didn't happen, but maybe there's some detail I got wrong.
@pmatias, I wish I had thought of that before I tried to write it out Also I don't seem to get the weird scrolling issue on mine. I usually have split panes in my terminal window, so that might be fixing that part somehow.
I'm having this issue when using the release of Mac OS 10.11; in split screen with iTerm on the left and another app (Safari) on the right, the split slider does not work, the iTerm slides over to about 80%. If the right window is another iTerm, the screen is unusable.
If Safari is on the left, things work OK although iTerm seems to flicker and stutter very few seconds.
Testing with terminal and other applications seems to show they all work fine.
Here is a link for iTerm2 version 2.1.3. It should fix this issue and I plan to push it out soon. Let me know if it introduces any new issues or doesn't fix the El Cap split pane problems.
