Windows created with tmux -CC don't respect some settings
When I launch iTerm I 'tmux -CC' straight away into tmux session. From here on I work mainly in tmux but sometime open a new window for a short job.
I have 'Open Toolbelt' checked, as well as 'Style: No Title Bar'. Neither of these seem to have any effect on tmux windows. The window created by 'tmux -CC' has a title bar and has no toolbelt. Normal windows I open respect both of these settings. Both use the same profile.
I can make the toolbelt appear from the menu item, but I cannot make the titlebar of this window disappear.
I am unsure if these behaviours are intentional or not, but if they are it should possibly be communicated to the user - I spent a good while trying to fix the issue.

Also, I'm unsure if it is related or not, but I also cannot name tmux tabs how I'd like. If I name a normal tab then the name I give it is all that appears (I have 'Show window number', 'Show current job name' and 'Show profile name' all unchecked - I also have 'Terminal may set tab name' unchecked).
However, if I name a tmux tab then it is always in duplicate '↣ name: name', and I cannot change it. If this is a separate issue then I can create a new ticket, but I thought it may be related somehow due to a setting not kicking in.
Fixed in commit 27f3561e. Note that new tmux integration windows will now respect the window settings of the "tmux" profile, which may cause some confusion. It was a bug that they used the default profile before.
