feature request: option to send libtermkey CSI sequences

the short version: libtermkey supports a set of CSI sequences (which the author hopes will be adopted by other folks) that can encode keys with arbitrary modifiers, including differentiating e.g. things like <ctrl-i> from <tab> or combining shift with ctrl, without breaking unicode.
