I pasted an emoji with skin tones () and it didn't do the right magic.

I'm not going to pretend this is a showstopper.

Milestone changed to Ship 3.0

Added Priority: Critical label

I have a start at this in the BetterComposedCharacterSegmentation branch.

Fixed in commit 9600efe0.
