iTerm2 hangs for minutes while resizing the window.

• iTerm2 version - Build 2.9.20151111
• OS version - 10.11.1 (15B42)
• Attach ~/Library/Preferences/com.googlecode.iterm2.plist here
• Attach a debug log (https://iterm2.com/debuglog) - I couldn't attach a debug log because it was too big for gitlab, even gzipped. Maybe it's related to scrollback buffer or history size or something? Might be related to reflowing text maybe?

I finally managed to reproduce this

I recommend reducing the number of lines of scrollback in Prefs>Profiles>Terminal to prevent this from getting out of hand.

If you use double-width characters, the resize operation becomes very expensive. My guess is that there were many sessions with a lot of scrollback history and double-width characters in use.

There are a few ideas for mitigating this:

• Do something smarter to track the actual locations of double-width characters instead of searching for them over and over
• Only resize a session when its tab is activated
• Do more aggressive caching in -[LineBlock getNumLinesWithWrapWidth:]

These changes are too risky for 3.0 but I would like to do them soon so I'll tag this for 3.1.
