iTerm 2 on a dual monitor setup

Hi, the settings that should determine on which display iTerm is shown have no effect for me. I'm on the newest beta and OS X El Capitan with a configuration mimicking a drop-down-terminal. Also, it would be nice to have the option to display the same terminal on both screens at the same time. What can I do about the two issues? :) Thanks!

I don't have two monitors handy at the moment, but the display preference takes effect when the hotkey window is opened for the first time.

If you kill all the sessions in the hotkey window and reopen it, does it then open it again does it appear on the proper display?

Hi. I am having the same/similar issue as described by @n4zroth.

I have set the hotkey window's screen to be "Screen with Cursor"

I can confirm the behaviour is as @gnachman describes - if you kill the hotkey window session, and recreate it, it will appear on the expected screen.

My expectation/assumption for this feature would be that the hotkey window would always appear in the screen with the cursor, and would not require the hotkey window to be recreated.
