Closing hotkey-toggled window by activating Spotlight automatically dismisses Spotlight

Hmm, this actually still seems to be happening in beta as well as the latest nightly (20160124 as of this writing).

Commit 1e3610f7 fixes it at least on my machine. You'll need to turn on Prefs > Advanced > Prevent opening Spotlight from auto-closing the hotkey window., which is off by default because it's too late in the release cycle to do anything risky. I'll flip this on by default in the 3.1 beta.
