Hotkey Window briefly shows when switching spaces.
The "Hotkey" window that drops-down from the menu bar, and which is normally hidden, briefly shows, then hides again on each space when switching spaces in this build. This was not behavior that was present in the previous stable build.
Required information for bugs. I probably can't help you unless you include this:
- iTerm2 version = Build 2.9.20160206
- OS version = 10.11.2
- Attach ~/Library/Preferences/com.googlecode.iterm2.plist here = com.googlecode.iterm2.plist
- Attach a debug log (https://iterm2.com/debuglog)

So, it appears that not only is it showing the Hotkey window upon switching spaces; if you have the hotkey window hidden, but iTerm selected as the active app (via Cmd+Tab), the "hidden" window actually becomes focused (but still hidden) and will take keyboard/mouse input. You can even see the mouse cursor change to the text-input cursor when over the area of screen the hotkey window would normally occupy.
