Theme incorrect on cold launch vs new window

• iTerm2 version 2.9.20160221-nightly
• OS version 10.11.3 (15D21)
• Attach com.googlecode.iterm2.plist
• Attach a debug log (debuglog.txt.zip)

Cold launch of iTerm:

Closing the current window / tabs and opening a new window / tabs: (You can see the theme loads correctly this time)

Milestone changed to Ship 3.0

Status changed to closed

The window arrangement's profile has a color that was changed with Edit>Edit Session so changes to the profile's colors won't affect it. Delete the window arrangement and recreate it.
