Shell integration error in vagrant vm

vagrant up/reload causes:

Milestone changed to Ship 3.0

I'm using bash and the latest shell integration script, and no customizations and it's not reproducible. Is this repeatable for you? Can you tell if you have something in your bash config that shell integration doesn't like?

Here's what I did:
