Hotkey does not present the popup terminal in the actual mouse screen

Required information for bugs. I probably can't help you unless you include this:

• iTerm2 version: 2.1.4
• OS version: El Capitan
• Attach plist: [com.googlecode.iterm2.plist] (/uploads/d005d380ad15051b088a1480eca8f98c/com.googlecode.iterm2.plist)
• Attach a debug log (https://iterm2.com/debuglog)

When I press the hotkey shortcut, the popup does not show in the screen holding the mouse pointer. Is this something supported ?

Milestone changed to Future Release

This isn't presently supported. The beta has a feature where you can make the window appear in the screen with the mouse when it is first created but it won't follow it.
