BUG shell-integration

In this image:

1. a BUG: type any command, before hit enter, resize the window (effectively cause redraw of prompt string), then execute the command. Expect the small triangle to reflect the execution status, which should be red, but in the image(at 19:46:34), it's blue. Further, right clicking that triangle also won't work. #4494 (closed)

2. a side note: can you make that triangle larger? It's really hard to click...

3. an advice: when jumping between commands, the blue strip is better printed red to reflect that the command actually failed(at 19:46:27).

4. another advice: also when jumping between commands, if the command is line-wrapped(at 19:46:27), the color strip is better covering all wrapped lines.

I agree with 2) and 3) !

1. Fixed in 5282c2e7

2. Made taller (proportionately to the line height) in commit 71233450 but I'm limited by the width of the margin. If I change the margin's width it will throw off people's saved arrangements. If you do miss, the same menu is available under Command Info.

3. Commit 272920d1 uses a red color for marks with an error code

4. This is complicated so I'm going to postpone it til 3.1
