Loading a window arrangement referencing a missing profile does weird things
- iTerm3, just after upgrade from 2 (pretty recent—probably iTerm2-2_9_20160102.zip)
- OS X 10.11.5
- com.googlecode.iterm2.plist
iTerm3 (and some betas before IIRC) include a new setting about "thin strokes" for fonts. It is now On by default on Retina displays. I set it to Off for all my profiles (one UTF-8 and one Latin9) and upon restarting, iTerm3 ignored the new profiles and reloaded the window arrangement (which is expected) and the embedded profiles (which I didn't expect).
After some exchanges on Twitter, this ticket is for adding a popup to warn the user about a missing profile and select a new one.
Thanks.
