tmux split panes jitter movement

• iTerm2 version: 3.0.4
• OS version: Mac OS X 10.11.5
• Attach ~/Library/Preferences/com.googlecode.iterm2.plist here (drag-drop from finder into this window) com.googlecode.iterm2.plist

Detailed steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Login to remote host
2. start a tmux session
3. in the new tab split the window horizontally
4. split horizontally again

What happened: the panes move up and down, the movement is about the size of the divider bar. closing a pane to leave just two stops the jitter, but opening a 3rd pane again brings back the jitter

What should have happened: no movement! same splitting works when not using tmux mode

Video created. In doing this I noticed two things.

1. When first opening tmux the window jumped from maximised to small (i think that may be my default side) - a separate bug
2. The jittering bug only happens when the window is maximised - as shown in the video at the end.

This build seems to fix the jittering.

There are still times when the window seems to resize a bit or leave grey bars at the bottom. I've attached a screenshot. The black bits are just me masking out my information. The red arrows point to two issues... the grey bar at the bottom, which sometimes appears when opening the tmux session, it's occasionally bigger than this. The green bit above the top right window, this is the first time I have seen this - it isn't another split window.

The other thing that happens when opening the tmux session is the whole window moves down a bit, so it's not full screen.

A bit of gray at the bottom is expected. Tmux requires all windows to have the same size, and it counts pane dividers as one character. If you have different split pane arrangements, it never adds up to the same number of pixels.

That session title bar that isn't top-aligned is definitely a bug, though.

Top alignment fixed in commit 378205b5 in 3.0.6 branch and 6226fb7d in master branch.
