Allow un-suppressing short-lived session warning for each profile

Detailed steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Open a new window of iTerm
2. Quickly (I mean, as quickly as possible), type "exit" and return immediately
3. If nothing strange happened, repeat and try to be quicker

There's no way to tell why the session ended. If the session lasts less than 3 seconds this message is shown so you have a chance to see what happened. And you can always disable it with the checkbox.

I am using version iterm2 3.0.13 and how do I enable this warning after I have disabled it? Can I configure the "3 seconds" timeout? Thanks

There's no easy way to bring the warning back. You can run this command to get a list of profiles that have had the warning disabled:

defaults read com.googlecode.iterm2 |grep NeverWarnAboutShortLivedSessions | grep -v _selection

You'll see one or more lines like this:

    "NeverWarnAboutShortLivedSessions_68185703-9C8A-4754-82E7-1F720EC1B8EB" = 1;

For each of these, delete the setting like this:

defaults delete com.googlecode.iterm2 NeverWarnAboutShortLivedSessions_68185703-9C8A-4754-82E7-1F720EC1B8EB

Then restart and you should be set.

The 3 second limit is also hardcoded, but commit e965632a adds an advanced pref Warn about short-lived sessions that live less than this many seconds, and will be in tomorrow's nightly build (https://iterm2.com/nightly/latest).
