Offer a modifier advanced paste dialog when confirming a paste, and offer it in more cases, such as when smart quotes are present.

Much like the alert that pops up if you are pasting a multi-line buffer into the terminal, it would be great if iTerm2 detected the presence of so-called smart quotes in the buffer and offered the option of pasting as is, or replacing them with normal double quotes. (or cancelling the paste.)

Advanced paste has a Convert Unicode Punctuation feature that does this. Really what we should do is detect when advanced paste has a feature you probably want and offer it.

Excuse the "me too" nature of this comment, but I also "didn't even know that Adavanced paste existed". I got here from Googling about how to handle smart quotes when pasting into iTerm2.

In many cases (e.g. just copied from Apple Mail, pasted into iTerm2) smart quotes don't even look all that "smart", so one can end up staring at the screen wondering why the (e.g.) shell is telling me I have a syntax error
