Update sparkle to integrate PR that disables the key equivalent for the install button on scheduled updates.

When update window comes up the default selected button is to go ahead and install. This is a bit dangerous as the popup may come up while typing something in the terminal and coincidentally pressing enter. This will then launch the update and potentially force a restart of iterm. Would it be possible to disable the default in this case?

My PR was merged. The next time Sparkle cuts a release I'll pull it in. I'll tag this for 3.2 to remember to check in on it again soon.

I've released Sparkle 1.17 with that change.
