Corrupted Text - Caused by: Full-screen mode, Vim, and Multiple Tabs

Detailed steps to reproduce the problem:

0. Open iTerm2
1. Enter full screen mode.
2. Open Vim.
3. Enter some text.
4. Open a new tab.
5. Exit Vim.
6. The issue should now be visible.

What happened: Here is a screen recording. It displays the issue.

What should have happened: The typical behavior upon exiting Vim.

This is a hard problem to solve but I do need to tackle it.

When VT100Screen gets resized, it pushes only the "used" lines into the line buffer. That means if you grow and then shrink the window, a bunch of lines get pulled out of history. But pushing all the grid's lines into the line buffer will cause lots of problems because the screen gets resized between its initialization and when it's really ready to be used. And maybe at other times too. I'm not sure! But it definitely breaks a lot of unit tests.
