Tab and window title not updated after logging out of SSH remote session

• iTerm2 version: 3.0.15
• OS version: 10.11.6

Detailed steps to reproduce the problem:

1. SSH into any remote server
2. Exit out of that remote server
3. Notice, Tab and window title STILL have old SSH server title

What happened: SSH into any of your servers, you can see the tab and window title change properly to ex: username@someserver. But once you logout of that server (type exit) the tab and window title STILL reflect the old inaccurate username@someserver.

What should have happened: Title should update to reflect the proper location.

Tagging this for 3.2 since its mission is to improve titles. This'll require tying in to shell integration, since I guess your remote host has a prompt that sets the title and localhost does not.
