Offer "Advanced Paste" in any paste confirmation dialog

When I paste multi-line string, I get a useful warning:

"Warning: OK to paste 3 lines at shell prompt?" But It only offers "Paste" and "Cancel".

I often end up choosing "Cancel" then reaching for my mouse and finding "Advanced Paste" on the Edit > Paste Special > Advanced Paste menu.

I'd like it if the dialog offered a third option to go directly to advanced paste. This would also help others discover that advanced paste exists.

I have wanted to do this for a long time, just haven't had the time to do it. Will schedule it for 3.2.

it would be nice if "Advanced Paste" panel would be configurable to show up every time you attempt to paste a multiline item
