F17 Key

Detailed steps to reproduce the problem:

1. I am using an Apple USB Keyboard. My F17 key does not work with iTerm2. It works with the default Terminal program on the mac. I have searched iTerm2 preferences and can not see any reason why it's not working. Am I missing something?

We sent CSI 15;22~, which is the same as xterm (described here: http://aperiodic.net/phil/archives/Geekery/term-function-keys.html)

I guess Terminal does something funny with high numbered function keys. Here's what I would do: in Terminal, run cat and then press F17. You'll see something like this:

^[[12;34~

Could be anything, but it should start with ^[. Then, in iTerm2, go to Prefs > Profiles > Keys. Create a new key binding. In the Keyboard Shortcut field, press F17. For Action select Send Escape Sequence. In the characters to send field, enter the characters that followed ^[. In the made-up example above that would be 12;34~.

Let me know what Terminal does—I'm curious what approach they took, and my keyboard only goes up to f12.
