Characters are not appearing while typing

After exiting "R", characters do not appear while writing on iterm2.

iterm2 build: 3.1.beta.8

Same for me, apparently R activates raw terminal mode and does not release it, but maybe the terminal emulator could detect that? Didn't have that problem before, but maybe because this bug is new in R.

Also, I'm using Build 3.0.15, not beta.

Btw, a quick workaround: type the reset command

changed milestone to %Review for next version

I guess we could detect it locally if you had shell integration installed.
