Powerline theme font misaligned after update

• iTerm2 version: Build 3.1.0
• OS version: macOS Sierra 10.12.6 (16G29)
• com.googlecode.iterm2.plist

Detailed steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Using this font SourceCodePro+Powerline+Awesome+Regular.ttf at 12pt
2. Using Powerline9k with the this .zshrc

What happened:

After the update, the font is now misaligned.
