sshpass sends extra newline in 3.1

When i open a script whit the sshpass command then when it open the shell windows i see it puts a emty line and a second prompt, this i dont had on v 3.0.15.

The screenshot shows two prompts, as though a newline had been sent.

Have changed the password and the server ip, but for the rest the script is the same.

#!/bin/sh sshpass -p "pasword" ssh -o StrictHostKeyChecking=no root@00.00.000.0 -t "cd /home/bbbs/logs; clear; bash"

Like i told on v3.0.15 everything works perfect only not on the lasted version.

It seems like it's hard to install sshpass and I'm under a mountain of issue reports right now. If you ssh to this host without sshpass and then run "cd /home/bbbs/logs; clear; bash" do you get two prompts as you do with sshpass?

If so, what is the value of $TERM when you're sshed to this host?

I just have test it with ssh only and then it works. without any problems.

But the strange thing is it was working with v3.0.15 .....

I was able to install sshpass and try your command but I didn't get the extra newline. So something else is probably going on, and it may be related to your configuration either locally or remotely. We need to figure out what's causing the extra line. If you change the command from cd /home/bbbs/logs; clear; bash to just clear do you still get the extra newline?

Without sshpass same issue two prompts.

#!/bin/bash
exec ssh -C username@servername

Only started happening in the newest version.

If the command is run from a window that is already open then I do not get two lines. It's just when running scripts.
