Feature request: Possible to keep iTerm hotkey window when alert opens
I'm not quite sure that this is a feature that I think that iTerm2 should be responsible for, but I'll put my request out there at least 
Using a hotkey window that's always on top is amazing. I installed sudo-touchid to be able to use TouchID instead of password for authenticating as sudo.
Problem: since I've enabled the Hotkey window floats option, the hotkey window is hidden when the TouchID prompt is shown. Is there any way to prevent this behaviour, while keeping the float option turned on?!

I don't have an MBP with touch ID to test with, but my guess is that it's hard to detect when this happens. Until I'm able to get my hands on one, I suggest pinning the hotkey window, which ought to do the job.
