Allow two copies of iTerm2 to run at once for better visor [was: Visor mode: Brings other iTerm2 panels up even if they are hidden]

What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Open iTerm2 about panel and also Address Book
- Hide (Cmd + H)
- Open Visor mode (if you don't see problem, try twice)
NOTE: Make you Visor window is transparent.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Visor window comes up, but you can see that in background also iTerm2 About and Address Book is showed, but they were hidden before. BUT, if you have other terminal windows, but hidden too, they stay hidden. I would expect iTerm2 About and Address Book panels also stay hidden when Visor is activated.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Build 0.20.20110215 (nighty)

Is this the same issue that brings all iTerm2 windows to the front when you enable Visor mode? I personally find this a major annoyance, as I'm sometimes transposing commands from a web page into visor, and have my web browser on top of other iTerm2 windows - but bringing up Visor will bring all iTerm2 windows to the front, obscuring the web browser window.

This would be really nice to have. Either a way so hide ignores specific profiles perhaps? Or you can set a variable in terminal so it ignores that window? For now you can just do "open -n /Applications/iTerm.app/" and it will open a second instance that you dont have to close, just a little hard to keep track,maybe use different themes in each?

Impossible to use the hotkey toggle window while having another window on another space - It will move to the secondary window space.
TotalTerminal can do this. It has only 2 processes running on my machine, main executable and /Library/ScriptingAdditions/[...]TotalTerminalCrashWatcher
I very much like both applications and they both have their pros and cons - while iTerm2 is more featureful.

Is it possible that the Accessibility stuff (https://developer.apple.com/library/mac/documentation/UserExperience/Reference/Accessibility_RoleAttribute_Ref/Actions.html) using AXRaise might work?

@gnachman I use the excellent Contexts window manager on OSX, which is able to focus one window at a time independent of other application windows. The developer is a nice guy who you could reach out to if you're interested in supporting this.
