    This exposes `Note`s on Issues & MergeRequests using a
    `Types::Notes::NoteableType` in GraphQL.
    
    Exposing notes on a new type can be done by implementing the
    `NoteableType` interface on the type. The presented object should
    be a `Noteable`.
