Clean up docs under install/ 

This is an initiative to ensure all documentation complies completely
with the Documentation Style Guide section "Documentation is the single
source of truth (SSOT)" according to this epic
https://gitlab.com/groups/gitlab-org/-/epics/1280.

In particular, the changes of this commit touch all files under
doc/install/. Most notably:

- install/redis.md:
        Redirect to Redis section of install guide.

- install/pivotal/index.md:
        Changed its content to reflect the current status, which is no
        longer supported (since 2017!).

- install/google-protobuf.md:
        Incorporated inside installation.md under the troubleshooting section.

- install/openshift_and_gitlab.md:
        Clarified that this guide is no longer relevant. We might want to
        redirect to the Chart docs in the future.

- install/structure.md:
        Incorporated inside installation.md under its own section.

- install/kubernetes/index.md:
        Redirected to https://docs.gitlab.com/charts

## Install Redis 2.8 in Ubuntu 12.04
We will [use a PPA](https://launchpad.net/~chris-lea/+archive/ubuntu/redis-server)
to install a recent version of Redis.

# Install GitLab under a relative URL

this is not possible due to a variety of reasons. In that case, GitLab can also
be installed under a relative URL, for example `https://example.com/gitlab`.
This document describes how to run GitLab under a relative URL for installations
from source. If you are using an Omnibus package,
[the steps are different][omnibus-rel]. Use this guide along with the
[installation guide](installation.md) if you are installing GitLab for the
first time.

This is the directory structure you will end up with following the instructions in the Installation Guide.

- `/home/git/.ssh` - contains openssh settings. Specifically the `authorized_keys` file managed by gitlab-shell.
