Add a supporting code to separate groups#show
and groups#details which is required for the
proper implementation of the Group Overview
content and Security Dashboard option for it

Adds the collapsed mixin to the styling for .nav-sidebar
ensuring the nav-sidebar is collapsed on load via media
queries. Removes the need for an intermediate class to
collapse the sidebar on mobile viewports

Updated toggleCollapsedSidebar to check for desktop breakpoint

Adds the sidebar-collapsed-mobile class to the haml layouts
and sets media queries to display the sidebar collapsed by
default for sreen sizes greater than `sm` and less than `lg`

As this is the only item in this menu, make Kubernetes the link for the

Previously, these wouldn't count issues or MRs in subgroups - meaning that if
_this_ group had no issues or MRs, we'd show the empty state, which was wrong.

Calling `finder.execute.count` twice will perform two queries, but these are all
in the same file, so it's easy to just reuse them.

Tests for these new helper methods

This only appears when in the collapsed sidebar. If the sidebar is expanded, then these items are hidden & no fly-out navigation is displayed.
