Many code blocks are 4spaced, and they render in GitLab
without coloring as a result, even though they are
fenced with a language label. If in a list, other items
will render as being in a code block too, even if not
meant to. This fixes all these issues for many admin
docs in /high_availability and /auth (part 1)

Previously, we used brackets to denote the tier badges,
but this made Kramdown, the docs site Markdown renderer,
show many warnings when building the site. This is now
fixed by using parentheses instead of square brackets.

This was caused by [PREMIUM] looking like a link to
Kramdown, which couldn't find a URL there.

Add backticks around square brackets, or fix links, as necessary.

As of 11.9 GitLab supports Google Secure LDAP for authentication
and group sync. This documentation outlines how to configure
the service.

Rename file

We've previously exposed ca_file and ssl_version but there are many
possible options that can be used inside tls_options. Instead of
exposing individual ones, simply expose the entire hash so it can
be passed in and we won't have to add things in the future.

Markdown renderers find it easier to determine
where lists start and end when lists are surrounded
by new lines.

For consistency, also ensure entries in the list
are aligned when they span multipls lines.

For the sake of consistency, removes any extraneous
consecutive blank lines from the doc suite.

If you escape the '\' character when using a "domain\user" scheme for the bind_dn name, it will fail. gitlab-ctl reconfigure escapes characters, and if you pre-escape the '\', the resultant yaml file will have four (4) '\' characters.
