Now MySQL is no longer supported, we need to change the docs

- Wrap text
- Move image to /img/

By default, all tables have a width of 100% on docs.gitlab.com.
In a few cases, the table will overlap the table of contents (ToC).
For these cases, we need to add an entry to the document’s frontmatter
to render them as a display block.

Using Geo with source-based installs was deprecated in GitLab 11.5.

This commit removes this support now that the deprecation notice has
been in place for quite a few releases.

For the sake of consistency, removes any extraneous
consecutive blank lines from the doc suite.
