Added a cluster domain wanring if no domain is defined

rails_helper.rb's only logic was to require
spec_helper.rb.

* Refactor some tests as well

RSpec only executes files ending in _spec.rb.

We rewrote Related MRs widget using Vue.
The previous implementation was using Haml templates
and calling referenced_merge_requests endpoint which is
now deprecated. This MR deletes leftover stuff them.
