Before we have only owner_id to determine group owner
With multiple owners per group we should get rid of owner_id in group.
So from now @group.owner will always be nil but
@group.owners return an actual array of users who can admin this group

Show permissions for all project.
Add ability to remove user from group if not an owner
Remove unnecessary admin controller

Provide UI with explanation what happens when you block or remove user
When remove user - remove all groups where user is an only owner

Summary:

 - Mostly very small things involving use of "a", "the" etc.
 - "post-receive" hooks are usually written with the hyphen in the name .
 - I changed the Web Hooks page to have a title consistent with all the other
   pages in the settings area.
 - More consistent usage of full-stops in lists.

-Alt text to image was set to hash, which would make the page display hashes if the image/gravatar  wasn't available, set the alt text to '', and made the main tool bar image follow the same or similar constraints as the other images (.avatar, .s26)
