Allow filtering issues that have no milestone

    In the issues list filter is currently just the setting to filter issues by milestone but not by "no milestone set". This would be useful when categorizing issues to milestones.

        Any chance to filter for unassigned issues too? The "Assignee" DropDownList just should have an entry "Not Asigned". :)
