Can't add SSH key to account with `+` in email address

Probably a bug in gitolite and not in gitlab, but when I try to add a SSH key to an account which has a + in the email address (like koenpunt+gitlab@gmail.com) it says it can't connect to gitolite and I that have to check my settings. After changing the address to something without a +, I was able to add the key.

Wasn't able to reproduce this on current master c347fd3f. My user had a plus in the email and I put a plus in the name field for the SSH key as well.

Please confirm.

I just tried it on stable and it works now.
