Segmentation fault

The app falls over when going to a network graph with:
lib/grit/lazy.rb:27: [BUG] Segmentation fault
Followed by C level backtrace information!
This only occurred for one of my repos (a fairly large one)

I also have segfaults when creating new repos. The repository is created, but it kills the server running gitlabhq.

This is not a gitlab issue. It's an issue with your python/ruby installation. Did you upgrade python by any chance?
Try re-installing the gems 'rubypython' and 'pygments.rb'.
