Error in resque worker when adding new team member to project

We're currently on the master branch and when we're adding a new team member to a project, the resque admin panel shows a failed job:

The action 'project_access_granted_email' could not be found for Notify

Exception: AbstractController::ActionNotFound Arguments: "project_access_granted_email" 36 class: notify

you have to restart worker process

thanks, restarting the ubuntu image gott rid of the resque error. However, the original problem still persists, i've created a separate issue #1709 (closed) .
