Chrome rendering of project issue list is broken

The list on the //issues page is rendered in a very bad way in chrome on Windows 7.

I'm using the v2.9.1 tagged version on CentOS.
Note that the /dashboard/issues renders fine on chrome. Also note that both lists look fine on Firefox (I checked 13 and 16) and Internet Explorer 9

@nielsbasjes is this the same as issue #1610 (closed) ?
From the image, it looks like it might be the same.

I double checked by playing with the font size in chrome: Yes, this issue is a duplicate of #1610 (closed).
