reset password email has localhost url

Hi, Thanks for your project! I noticed that the password reset email links to an invalid url - http://127.0.0.1/users/password/edit?reset_password_token=TOKEN. Is this a configuration issue or a bug?

I just checked v3.1 and I get proper URLs so it must be a config bug. Please check your config/gitlab.yml.
