Add Keyboard shortcuts

Hi,

would be nice if gitlab supports keyboard shortcuts for the most common features, e.g. switching tabs.

I used JIRA before which has a lot of useful shortcuts.

Hope I'm not dupplicating a ticket, but I haven't found a similiar ticket
