Unable to import existing bare git repos

Hi,

We're attempting to migrate from indefero, however the import script suggested here fails with the following error.

I'm running a fresh install of version 4.1.0 (d14069e3). Not sure if bug or it's just me not understanding how ruby works :p. any ideas?
