Merge Requests - Assignee

Hello, I'm using gitlab version GitLab Community Edition 11.1.6. I have the following problem: When I go to Merge Requests > New Merge Request > Select source branch (anything) > Compare branches and continue --> When I click to Assignee I can't see Members of the group, I see only me. But in this project I have added many members. This situation is in every projects. Do you have anything idea how to fix this issue?
